On Windows 10:

Part I. Openvpn installation
1. copy all files in this folder.
2. install openvpn-connect-3.3.4.2600_signed.msi
3. open openvpn at Windows
   Openvpn will ask to import vpn107.ovpn -> accept
4. Type in username, such as vpn_12345
5. save password.
6. Openvpn will then try to connect to vpn107.gnt.tw
7. completed if the connection is ok.
8. Openvpn setting
   A. VPN Protocol:    (x) Adpative (default)
   B. Launch Option:   (x) Restore connection
   C. Software Update: (x) Never
